Before completing this form, please make sure that all the members of your organization that you wish to request stipends for have registered. If your folks are not registered, please register here

As a reminder, Affiliates in good standing may be eligible to request (1) stipend for a Senior Leader to attend the All-Inclusive Registration, and/or up to (4) Youth (ages 14-23).

Stipends are limited and available on a first-come, first serve bases. Review eligibility here

The deadline to complete this stipend request form is by March 13 which is also the registration cancellation deadline.
