This fall, we shared many examples of how Affiliates can join us in lifting a uniformed voice for the Latino community by engaging in our co-branding efforts. The following questionnaire will help us evaluate where the UnidosUS Affiliate network is at meeting the goals we shared this fall. We do not expect that all Affiliates will meet all of the co-branding examples we shared with you, rather your participation will help us determine what barriers remain and help measure progress towards goals.

UnidosUS Power of 18 Voter Registration Widget

(If yes, we will follow up with instructions)
If no, please tell us why. (Or add N/A if you selected yes)
